Sherwood Oaks encourages you to personalize your home so it’s exactly what you want. Although we provide many choices in quality standard finishes, you are permitted to select upgrades in flooring, cabinetry and fixtures. If you have selected a home in need of renovation, our Director of Residential Services will meet with you to select carpet and other flooring, paint, counters and cabinetry. If your home is already renovated, you can make changes; but these changes will be at your expense.
