Our Custom Retirement Homes

Sherwood Oaks offers three styles of residences – apartments, patio homes, and larger patio homes with an attached two car garage.  Each residence has the name of a tree or flower that is native to Pennsylvania and can be found on the Sherwood Oaks campus.

Apartment residences connect to the Community Center.  Apartment residences include:

  • Primrose – One bedroom / Den
  • Wisteria – Two Bedrooms
  • Trillium – Three Bedrooms

Each single-story patio home residence has a front entrance and a private patio in the rear.  Covered walkways connect patio homes throughout the campus with garage areas and the Community Center.  Many of these sizes and floor plans are currently available:
